碘化铝(7784-23-8)生产方法和用途

用途:
在有机反应中用作催化剂
生产方法:
1.将铝屑与少量碘结晶装入充满二氧化碳的烧瓶中,加热反应。进一步加入碘至残留的少量铝中。使反应生成物在熔融状态下保持一段时间,在氮气流中移至蒸馏烧瓶。用真空泵进一步减压,缓缓蒸馏。为了保护真空泵,使气体经过两个充满活性炭的洗气瓶以除去碘蒸气。2.将干燥及升华过的碘20g溶于80mL二硫化碳中,溶液与3.5g的薄铝片一起装入带有回流器的烧瓶中,进行加热。反应结束时,将混合物过滤分离,滤液在水浴上加热蒸馏,以除去大部分二硫化碳。令浓缩后的残余物冷却,即析出碘化铝结晶。将结晶吸滤分离,用己烷洗涤,在100℃下干燥。生成物带有黄褐色。
