用途:
1.盐酸克伦特罗是一种β-兴奋剂,20世纪80年代初,美国一家公司开始将其添加到饲料中,增加瘦肉率,但如果作为饲料添加剂,使用剂量是人用药剂量的10倍以上,才能达到提高瘦肉率的效果。它用量大、使用的时间长、代谢慢,所以在屠宰前到上市,在猪体内的残留量都很大。这个残留量通过食物进入人体,就使人体渐渐地中毒,积蓄中毒。如果一次摄入量过大,就会产生异常生理反应的中毒现象,因此而被禁用。国内养猪户不顾农业部的规定,为了使猪肉不长肥膘,在饲料中掺入瘦肉精。猪食用后在代谢过程中促进蛋白质合成,加速脂肪的转化和分解,提高了猪肉的瘦肉率,因此称为瘦肉精。 2.”瘦肉精”能使猪提高生长速度,增加瘦肉率,猪毛色红润光亮,收腹,卖相好;屠宰后,肉色鲜红,脂肪极薄,往往是皮贴着瘦肉,瘦肉丰满,肥猪鉰料喂瘦肉精后,逐渐发生四肢震颤无力,心肌肥大心力衰竭等毒副作用。
