用途:
本品是一种高效多功能含硫受阻酚类抗氧剂,本品因结构优异,故具有主辅抗氧剂的双重作用,且与炭黑配合使用有很好的协同效果,因此,在塑料、橡胶、石油制品、松香树脂(抗氧化减色作用)中获得广泛的应用。尤其对聚乙烯电线电缆料(如通讯电缆护套料、绝缘料,化学交联聚乙烯绝缘料,半导电屏蔽料,硅烷交联聚乙烯电缆料等)以及高密度聚乙烯管材料、户外用其他黑色聚乙烯材料等,更具独特的效果。因此,在国外享有“聚乙烯电缆料和管材料专用抗氧剂”的美誉。用于低密度聚乙烯时,添加量为0.05份;用于高密度聚乙烯,添加量为0.25份。本品加入后不污染,不变色。可直接混入橡胶,亦可制成水分散体用于胶乳。此外还可以用于ABS树脂中。大量的试验数据和实践证实,本品与炭黑、紫外线吸收剂如二苯甲酮类UV-531、苯并三唑类Tinuvin-327配合使用具有很好协同作用。 用作天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、硅橡胶 等的非污染性防老剂,参考用量0.5~1份(质量份数)。也可用作聚乙烯抗氧剂;用于低密度聚乙烯时,添加用量0.05份;用于高密度聚乙烯时,添加用量为0.25份。不污染,不变色,挥发性小,高效抗氧,热稳定性和耐候性优良,可直接混于橡胶中,也可制成水分散体用于胶乳。也可用于ABS树脂中。
生产方法:
1.3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚的合成将间苯酚、异丁烯、三氯化铝和浓硫酸加入反应釜,搅拌下加热升温至310~320℃,进行烷基化反应。反应完成后,反应产物经中和、蒸馏而得3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚。 2.3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚与二氯化硫于温度为45~50℃下进行反应。反应结束后用石油醚溶解并冷却结晶,然后再经过滤、洗涤、干燥,即得成品。
