Shandong Ruihua Fluorine Industry Co., Ltd., established in April 2009, is situated in Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province. The company currently operates two manufacturing facilities located in the Yuncheng Economic Development Zone and the Yuncheng Chemical Industrial Park, covering a total area of approximately 46,690 square meters. Additionally, it has reserved land for future chemical production facilities totaling 26,680 square meters. As a national high-tech enterprise, Shandong Ruihua integrates research, development, production, and sales of fluorine-containing specialty gases and materials. In 2021, the company was honored with the title of "Little Giant" enterprise by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In 2009, Shandong Ruihua introduced advanced electrolytic fluorine production processes and related fluorine-containing gas production technologies from the China National Nuclear Corporation (formerly under the former Ministry of Nuclear Industry). The company constructed an electrolytic workshop, a carbon tetrafluoride workshop, and a sulfur tetrafluoride workshop, with a total investment of RMB 40 million. Covering an area of 38 mu (approximately 25,333 square meters) and a construction area of 20,000 square meters, the company strictly adheres to national and relevant departmental standards. It obtained certifications for quality management, environmental management, and occupational safety management systems in 2011. The company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by both Heze City and Shandong Province in 2012 and 2015, respectively.

In 2015, the Heze City Fluorine Specialty Gas Engineering Technology Research and Development Center was established within the company. In 2019, the Shandong Special Fluorine Products R&D Center was founded, followed by the establishment of the Shandong Academician Workstation in collaboration with Professor Yan Hong from Nanjing University in September of the same year.

In 2023, the company initiated its second phase of expansion, investing over RMB 60 million in the chemical industry park to construct a second factory. This new facility includes more than ten advanced 10KA fluorine electrolyzers, over twenty fluorination units, nine precision testing instruments, and more than one hundred reactors and rectification towers. The plant aims to achieve an annual production capacity of 400 tons of electronic-grade carbon tetrafluoride (purity of 5N CF4) and 120 tons of pharmaceutical-grade sulfur tetrafluoride (purity ≥99% SF4). All process systems are equipped with DCS, SIS, and GDS automatic control systems.
