Application
经 Guilbert 和 Iscove 证明，红细胞和巨噬细胞的前体细胞可在添加白蛋白、转铁蛋白、卵磷脂和硒的完全确定的无血清培养基中培养。该培养基是对 Dulbecco 改良 Eagle 培养基 (DME) 的改良，含有硒、额外的氨基酸和维生素、丙酮酸钠、HEPES 缓冲液和硝酸钾而不是硝酸铁。进一步研究证明，Iscove 培养基可支持小鼠 B 淋巴细胞、骨髓造血组织、脂多糖刺激的 B 细胞、T 淋巴细胞和多种杂交细胞。
General description
