4-Dodecyl-2,6-dimethylmorpholine is a morpholine fungicide and plant-growth regulator. 4-Dodecyl-2,6-dimethylmorpholine targets phytopathogenic fungi including Oomycetes, Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes. 4-Dodecyl-2,6-dimethylmorpholine acts synergistically with acylalanine fungicides to enhance antifungal efficacy and regulate plant growth. 4-Dodecyl-2,6-dimethylmorpholine can be applied to the study of plant fungal diseases and phytopathogenic fungal infections[1][2].

4-Dodecyl-2,6-dimethylmorpholine (Aldimorph) (0.4-40 mg/L; 5 days) 可在体外抑制 Phytophthora cinnamomi 的径向生长;孵育 5 天后,40 mg/L 浓度下的抑制率为 64%,4 mg/L 和 0.4 mg/L 浓度下的抑制率均为 1%[1]

Animal Model: Helianthus annus[1]
Dosage: 40 mg/L (alone); 50 mg/L (combined with 10 mg/L cyprofuram); 50 mg/L (combined with 10 mg/L LAB 149202F); 50 mg/L (combined with 10 mg/L metalaxyl); 50 mg/L (combined with 10 mg/L Ofurace); 50 mg/L (combined with 10 mg/L RE 26745)
Administration: immersion treatment
Result: Reduced sunflower hypocotyl length to 3.7 cm in dark conditions (control = 8.3 cm in light, 3.7 cm in dark) at 40 mg/L.
Increased sunflower hypocotyl length to 7.4 cm, 8.4 cm, 7.5 cm, 7.8 cm and 6.7 cm in dark conditions when combined with 10 mg/L cyprofuram, LAB 149202F, Metalaxyl (HY-B0843), Ofurace (HY-122451) and RE 26745 respectively.
Showed no correlation between phenylamide-induced growth stimulation and antagonism of aldimorph's growth-inhibiting effect.
Animal Model: Helianthus annus cv. GK-70[1]
Dosage: 1040 mg/L (immersion); 50 mg/L (foliar spray); 5.4 mg/L (combined with RE 26745, 3:1 ratio); 50 mg/L (combined with cyprofuram, 7:5 ratio)
Administration: immersion; 18 hours; foliar spray (curative application)
Result: Showed no measurable efficacy against sunflower downy mildew at 1040 mg/L.
Inhibited Plasmopara halstedii sporulation at 50 mg/L.
Obtained a Comparative Toxicity Index (CoTI) of 5.57, demonstrating significant synergistic efficacy.
Inhibited sporulation by 82% with a 37% synergistic effect relative to individual components.
Animal Model: Solanum lycopersicum cv. Harz feuer[1]
Dosage: 0.1 mg/L (alone); 0.01:0.05 mg/L (combined with Ofurace); 0.01:0.05 mg/L (combined with cyprofuram); 0.01:0.05 mg/L (combined with LAB 149 202 F); 0.01:0.03 mg/L (combined with RE 26745)
Administration: foliar spray to run-off; 12 days
Result: Increased tomato plant dry weight by 11% relative to the untreated control with no significant difference at 0.1 mg/L.
Increased tomato plant dry weight by 22%, 21%, 20% and 22% when combined with Ofurace, cyprofuram (0.01:0.05 mg/L), LAB 149 202 F (0.01:0.05 mg/L) and RE 26745 (0.01:0.03 mg/L), respectively.
Animal Model: Solanum lycopersicum cv. Harzfeuer (four-leaf stage)[2]
Dosage: 0.1 mg/L
Administration: spray; single treatment
Result: Increased dry mass of treated plants to 1.51 g, corresponding to a 111% dry mass increase relative to the untreated control (100% = 1.36 g).; Showed no statistically significant difference compared to untreated controls.
