Immunocytochemistry analysis of Hela cells labeling CD79b Antibody (YA3995) with CD79b Antibody (YA3995) (HY-P84298) at 1/50 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with BSA for Immunol Staining for 10 min at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with CD79b Antibody (YA3995) ((HY-P84298) at 1/50 dilution in BSA for Immunol Staining at 4 ℃, Stay overnight. AF488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L（HY-P8005, Green) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

背景

功能：与 CD79A 协同作用，启动由 B 细胞抗原受体复合物 (BCR) 激活的信号转导级联反应，最终导致复合物内化、转运至晚期内体并进行抗原呈递。增强 CD79A 的磷酸化，可能是通过募集磷酸化 CD79A 的激酶，或通过募集与 CD79A 结合并保护其免于去磷酸化的蛋白质来实现的。

B 细胞活化后，P40259 的酪氨酸残基会被 SRC 型酪氨酸激酶 (如 BLK、LYN 和 SYK) 磷酸化。

亚基：α链和β链的异二聚体；二硫键连接。B 细胞抗原受体复合物的一部分，其中α/β链异二聚体与由两条重链和两条轻链组成的抗原特异性膜结合表面免疫球蛋白非共价结合 (PubMed:35981043)。
