Western blot analysis of extracts from NIH/3T3(lane 2(20ug) , Hela(lane 3(20ug) and HEK293(lane 4(20ug) using Vitamin D Binding Protein Antibody (HY-P80930) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P83730, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

组织特异性：主要在肝脏中表达。存在于血浆、腹水、脑脊液和尿液中。

异构体 & 翻译后修饰：P02774 有 3 种异构体：P02774-1：52918 Da (预测值)；P02774-2：39496 Da (预测值)；P02774-3：55077 Da (预测值)。
等位基因 GC*1S 在 Thr-436 位点发生 O-糖基化修饰 (PubMed：20079467)。三糖部分可通过依次去除神经氨酸和半乳糖进行修饰，最终生成 O-mceeN-乙酰半乳糖胺。这种转化被认为可以产生巨噬细胞激活因子 (Gc-MAF)。血浆中仅有少量 GC 发生 O-糖基化修饰 (PubMed：17360250)。预测的潜在 N-糖基化位点 Asn-288 被认为未发生糖基化修饰。

亚基：与 B 淋巴细胞表面的膜结合免疫球蛋白结合，与 T 淋巴细胞膜上的 IgG Fc 受体结合。
