Antifungal agent 159 is an antifungal agent with broad-spectrum activity against phytopathogenic fungi. Antifungal agent 159 binds tightly to the active sites of exo-β-(1,3)-glucanase, topoisomerase II-DNA-nucleotide, dihydrofolate reductase, sterol 14-α demethylase and chitin synthase. Antifungal agent 159 can be used in studies related to phytopathogenic fungal infections[1].
