Cyflufenamid is an oxime amide fungicide. Cyflufenamid inhibits the formation of haustoria, colonies and spores of Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici, and prevents germ tube elongation of Monilinia fructicola. Cyflufenamid is applicable to research related to powdery mildew and brown rot[1][2].

Cyflufenamid (0.01-100 ppm; 3-20 days) 可强效抑制部分子囊菌和半知菌的体外菌丝生长，其中对 Monilinia fructicola 的活性最强 (EC50 = 0.01 ppm)[1]。
Cyflufenamid (1-100 ppm; 2-24 hr) 对 Monilinia fructicola 的早期孢子萌发或芽管伸长无影响，但会在 16 hr 后抑制芽管伸长，至 24 hr 时造成其结构损伤[1]。
Cyflufenamid (1 ppm; 24 hr) 可在孵育 24 小时后诱导 Monilinia fructicola (核果褐腐病菌) 菌丝发生超微结构变化，包括液泡电子致密物质丢失、隔膜异常、菌丝破裂及液泡化[1]。
Cyflufenamid (6.3-25 ppm; 10 days greenhouse storage, 10 days post-inoculation) 对黄瓜幼苗 (Sagamihanjiro) 上的黄瓜白粉病 (Sphaerotheca cucubitae) 表现出优异的残留活性，在施药后 10 天接种的条件下，12.5 ppm 和 25 ppm 浓度下的防效为 100%，6.3 ppm 浓度下的防效为 77%[2]。
Cyflufenamid (12.5-50 ppm; 10 days greenhouse storage, 10 days post-inoculation) 对黄瓜幼苗 (品种 Sagamihanjiro) 上的黄瓜白粉病 (Sphaerotheca cucubitae) 表现出优异的内吸传导活性；在对叶片正面施药 10 天后接种叶片背面的处理中，25 ppm 和 50 ppm 浓度下的防效达 100%，12.5 ppm 浓度下的防效为 83%[2]。
Cyflufenamid (经根部处理 5 天，接种后 10 天) 对黄瓜幼苗 (Sagamihanjiro) 上的黄瓜白粉病 (Sphaerotheca cucubitae) 表现出极低的从根部向叶片的传导活性；经根部处理 5 天后，在 50 ppm 和 12.5 ppm 浓度下仅能达到 25%的防效，在 3.1 ppm 浓度下仅能达到 13%的防效[2]。
Cyflufenamid (3.1-50 ppm; 10 days) 对黄瓜幼苗 (Sagamihanjiro) 上的黄瓜白粉病 (Sphaerotheca cucubitae) 表现出优异的气相活性，在 50 ppm 时产生的抑菌圈直径为 41 mm，12.5 ppm 时为 38 mm，3.1 ppm 时为 33 mm[2]。
