IDD-AN-A1 is a potent Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) isocitrate lyase (ICL) inhibitor with an IC50 of 7 μg/mL. IDD-AN-A1 shows additive and synergistic activity with anti-tuberculosis agents. , respectively.IDD-AN-A1 exhibits potent anti-tuberculosis activity. IDD-AN-A1 can be used for the research of tuberculosis[1].
