Methfuroxam is a fungicide that exhibits extremely high inhibitory activity against three important pathogenic fungi (C. salmonicolor, R. lignosus, Ganoderma sp.) of rubber trees and oil palms[1].

(In Vitro)

Methfuroxam (10-100 μg a.i./mL; 2-3 weeks) 在体外径向生长试验中，于 10 μg a.i./mL 浓度下可对 Rigidoporus lignosus 和 Ganoderma sp. 实现 100%的生长抑制，于 100 μg a.i./mL 浓度下可对 Corticium salmonicolor 实现 100% 的生长抑制[1]。
Methfuroxam (0.625-10 μg a.i./mL) 对鲑色伏革菌的 ED50 为 5.7 μg a.i./mL，对灵芝属菌种的 ED50 为 3.5 μg a.i./mL；在体外径向生长试验中，其对鲑色伏革菌、木生层孔菌和灵芝属菌种的最低抑制剂量为 10 μg a.i./mL[1]。
