Praluzatamab ravtansine (CX-2009) is an anti-CD166 antibody drug conjugate (ADC) with an Kd value of 25.15 nM. Praluzatamab ravtansine contains an anti-CD166 monoclonal antibody Praluzatamab (HY-P99788) conjugated to the microtubule inhibitor DM4 (HY-12454). Praluzatamab ravtansine shows tumor targeting and can be used for the study of lung cancer and breast cancer[1][2]. (Pink: Target protein ligand; Blue: E3 ligase ligand; Black: linker).

(In Vivo)

Praluzatamab ravtansine (110 µg；静脉注射；单剂量) 在 CD166 阳性 H292 荷瘤裸鼠中具有肿瘤靶向性[2]。
Praluzatamab ravtansine (110 µg 和 510 µg；静脉注射；单剂量) 在 H292 异种移植小鼠肿瘤组织中被激活[2]。
Praluzatamab ravtansine (5 mg/kg；静脉注射；第 0 天和第 7 天单剂量) 在 H292 异种移植物荷瘤小鼠模型中显著减少了肿瘤体积[2]。
