Pyridomycin-4-F, Pyridomycin (HY-111402) derivative, is an antimycobacterial agent targeting fatty acid synthesis enzyme InhA. Pyridomycin-4-F binds to the pyridomycin binding pocket of InhA, forms hydrogen bond interactions with Lys-165. Pyridomycin-4-F can be used for the research of tuberculosis[1].

Pyridomycin-4-F (Compound 13) (25 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每日 2 次；连续 6 天)，单独使用或与 50 mg/kg ABT (HY-103389) (灌胃；每日 2 次；连续 6 天，预处理 1 小时) 联合使用，均无法降低感染了发光型 Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv-lux 的 BALB/c 小鼠的肺部细菌载量[1]。

Animal Model: BALB/c (female, intratracheal infection with luminescent Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv-lux)[1]
Dosage: 25 mg/kg (alone); 25 mg/kg + 50 mg/kg ABT (pre-treatment)
Administration: i.p.; twice daily; 6 days; p.o. (ABT, twice daily; 6 days, 1 hour pre-treatment)
Result: Failed to reduce lung bacterial load, with results equivalent to vehicle control.
