Renditatug (BAT8008 Antibody) is an ADC targeting TROP2. Renditatug delivers Exatecan (HY-13631) to TROP2-expressing cells. Renditatug exhibits potent in vitro cell growth inhibitory activity against TROP2-positive cells. Renditatug inhibits tumor growth in TROP2-positive cancer cell xenograft mouse models. Renditatug can be used in research related to various cancers such as breast cancer and pancreatic cancer. The corresponding isotype control is: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001)[1][2].
