AGN-190121 is a selective RARβ/γ retinoid agonist that inhibits IL-6 expression and cell proliferation in Kaposi's sarcoma cells by antagonizing NF-IL6. AGN-190121 can be used for the research of Kaposi's sarcoma[1].
