Alentemol (hydrobromide) is a dopamine antagonist and dihydrophenalene analog with dimethylamino substitution and an orthophenolic hydroxy group relative to the amino nitrogen. Alentemol (hydrobromide) does not impair escape response at a dose that completely suppresses conditioned avoidance in rats[1].

体内研究
(In Vivo)

Alentemol hydrobromide (3 mg/kg；皮下注射；单次) 可在大鼠中产生类似多巴胺拮抗剂的脑内儿茶酚胺与 5-羟色胺代谢作用，使 DOPA 和 DA 显著升高[1]。
Alentemol hydrobromide (0.55 mg/kg；肌内注射；单次) 可阻断 Apomorphine (HY-12723) 诱导的犬呕吐反应，其肌内注射 ED50 为 0.55 mg/kg[1]。
Alentemol hydrobromide (10-30 mg/kg；腹腔注射；单次) 可剂量依赖性拮抗大鼠体内 Apomorphine 诱导的刻板行为[1]。
Alentemol hydrobromide (0.03-0.3 mg/kg；肌内注射；单次) 可阻断 Apomorphine 在恒河猴中的辨别刺激效应，且 Apomorphine 特异性杠杆反应呈剂量依赖性降低[1]。

Dosage: 0.03 mg/kg; 0.1 mg/kg; 0.3 mg/kg
Administration: i.m.; single dose; 60 minutes prior to apomorphine challenge
Result: Reduced apomorphine-appropriate lever responses in a dose-dependent manner.
Partially reversed the apomorphine-induced reduction in response rate in a dose-dependent manner.
