Anomalin A is a protein kinase inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.5 μM, 0.3 μM, and 0.8 μM against Aurora-B, PIM1, and VEGF-R2, respectively. Anomalin A inhibits cancer cell proliferation and VEGF-A-dependent endothelial cell sprouting. Anomalin A is applicable to research related to mouse lymphoma, chronic myeloid leukemia, and ovarian cancer[1].
