Anti-Mouse TSLP Antibody (28F12) (200 μg，腹腔注射，每周两次，持续 4 周) 显著抑制了 altered Schaedler flora (ASF) 定植的 C57BL/6 小鼠 Treg 细胞的扩增[2]。
Anti-Mouse TSLP Antibody (28F12) (250 μg，静脉注射，单次剂量，第 0 天) 显著抑制 papain (HY-P1645) 诱导的 BALB/c 或 C57BL/6 小鼠体内 Th2 分化，但不影响嗜酸性粒细胞或树突状细胞的迁移和成熟[3]。

Animal Model: Triclosan induced female BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 200-400 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days, for 7 days
Result: Reduced the level of TSLP and IL-1β.
Reduced the numbers of B cells and dendritic cells (DCs).
Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice with an ASF colonization[2]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week, for 4 weeks
Result: Reduced the number of Treg cells.
Exacerbated Th17 and IFNγ responses.
Animal Model: Papain (50 μg) induced BALB/c or C57BL/6 mice[3]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose on day 0
Result: Significantly inhibited Th2 differentiation.
