Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10^6 HL-60 cells labeling CD122 Antibody(31392P,green). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 0.2% Triton X-100. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/400 dilution overnight at 4℃.Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti-mouse IgG H&L (invitrogen A11001) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 45 minutes at room temperature. Mouse IgG Isotype Control (Invitrogen 14-4714-B2, gray) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (red).

功能：白细胞介素-2 受体。该β亚基参与受体介导的内吞作用，并传递 IL-2 的促有丝分裂信号。可能与 IL-15RA 相关，后者参与 IL-15 刺激中性粒细胞吞噬作用 (PubMed:15123770, PubMed:31040185)。

亚细胞定位：细胞膜；单次跨膜 I 型膜蛋白

亚基：由α亚基和β亚基组成的非共价二聚体。IL2R 以三种不同的形式存在：高亲和力二聚体、中等亲和力单体 (β亚基) 和低亲和力单体 (α亚基)。高亲和力和中等亲和力形式还会与γ亚基结合。在白细胞介素刺激下，IL2R 与 SHB 相互作用。
