Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human uterine appendages tissue using CD80 antibody was performed. The section was pretreated using high-temperature mediated EDTA antigen retrieval buffer (pH 9.0), for 20 minutes. The tissues were incubated with primary antibody (HY-P84266, 1:600 dilution) at room temperature for 20 minutes. Detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with neutral balsam mounting medium.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human mesothelioma tissue using CD80 antibody was performed. 背景

功能：CD28/CD80 是一种属于免疫球蛋白超家族的共刺激分子，在 T 淋巴细胞活化中发挥重要作用 (PubMed:38467718)。它与组成型表达于 T 细胞表面的 CD28 受体共同作用，作为主要辅助信号增强初始 T 细胞中的 MHC/TCR 信号 (PubMed:12196291)。进而激活 NF-κB 或 MAPK 等不同的信号通路，最终导致多种细胞因子的产生 (PubMed:10438913)。此外，CD28/CD80 共刺激信号还通过激活 PI3K/Akt 信号通路来刺激 T 细胞的葡萄糖代谢和 ATP 合成 (PubMed:12121659)。它还作为 PD-L1/PDCD1 相互作用的调节因子，限制 PD-L1 的过度激活及其在免疫反应中的抑制作用 (PubMed:36727298)。该蛋白表达于 B 细胞表面，在早期和晚期生发中心反应中，对 B 细胞和 T 细胞之间的相互作用起着关键的调节作用，而这些相互作用对于产生有效的体液免疫反应至关重要 (基于相似性)；(微生物感染) 它作为腺病毒 B 亚群的受体。

亚基：同源二聚体。与 CTLA4 相互作用；这种相互作用抑制 T 细胞活化 (PubMed:10583602, PubMed:11279502)。与 PDL1/CD274 相互作用；这种相互作用阻断 PDL1/PDCD1 的结合，从而阻断 PDL1/CD274 的抑制功能 (PubMed:36727298)。与 CD28 相互作用 (PubMed:12196291)。
