Aromatase-IN-1 is a competitive aromatase (P450arom) inhibitor with a human IC50 of 40 nM and a Ki of 1.05 nM. Aromatase-IN-1 binds via coordination of imidazole nitrogen to the heme iron of aromatase. Aromatase-IN-1 can be used for the research of breast cancer[1].

Aromatase-IN-1 (Compound 22e) (0.040-25 μM) 可强效抑制人胎盘芳香化酶，其 IC50 为 0.040 μM，其 Ki 为 1.05 nM，在 25 μM 时抑制率达 99%[1]。
Aromatase-IN-1 (2.5 μM) 对人睾丸 P450 17 仅表现出微弱的抑制作用，在 2.5 μM 时抑制率为 4%[1]。
