BODIPY 630/650X 

BODIPY 630/650X is a red fluorescent dye that targets amine groups. BODIPY 630/650X displays excitation/emission maxima of 630/650 nm, respectively. BODIPY 630/650X can be used to covalently label proteins, antibodies, or other amine-containing biomolecules for detection and imaging^[1].

活细胞成像方案^[2][3]：
1. 染料母液配制
将 BODIPY 630/650-X 溶于 DMSO 中，配制成浓度为 1 mg/mL 的母液，避光于 4°C 保存。
2. 工作液配制
使用 PBS 稀释 BODIPY 630/650-X 母液，获得 5 μg/mL 的最终工作浓度。工作液需现用现配，并避光保存直至使用。
3. 细胞染色
3.1 使用预热的 PBS 洗涤细胞两次，以去除血清成分。
3.2 用 5 μg/mL 的 BODIPY 630/650-X 工作液于室温下孵育细胞 25-30 分钟。
4. 洗涤
使用含有 5-10% 血清或 1% BSA 的完全培养基 (或PBS) 洗涤细胞 3-4 次，以淬灭未结合的染料。最后用活细胞成像缓冲液洗涤一次。
5. 成像
立即使用共聚焦显微镜或高内涵成像系统采集图像。采用 HeNe 激光器 (波长 633 nm) 激发，并使用 ≥ 650 nm 的长通滤光片收集发射光。
