生物活性

Butroxydim is a cyclohexanedione acetyl-coenzyme A carboxylase (ACCase)-inhibiting herbicide. Butroxydim controls herbicide-resistant Hordeum leporinum populations with resistance to other ACCase-inhibiting herbicides[1].

体内研究
(In Vivo)

Butroxydim (0-30 g AI/ha; foliar spray) 研究显示，抗性 Hordeum leporinum 种群对 Butroxydim 无抗性，其 LD50 值与敏感种群几乎完全一致[1]。

Animal Model: resistant population; THL4 (susceptible, from Tasmania); VHL1 (susceptible, from Victoria)[1]
Dosage: 0-30 g active ingredient AI/ha
Administration: foliar spray
Result: Exhibited an LD50 of 6.0 g AI/ha in the resistant population.
Showed mean LD50 values of 5.9 g AI/ha (average of 7.0 g AI/ha for THL4 and 4.8 g AI/ha for VHL1) in susceptible populations.
Resulted in an R/S (resistant/susceptible) ratio of 1.
