Catestatin sCst is a negative control peptide with a scrambled amino acid sequence. Catestatin sCst fails to activate human mast cells and is used to verify the specificity of Catestatin action[1].

(In Vitro)

Catestatin sCst (2500 nM-5 μM; 40 min) 不会诱导 LAD2 人肥大细胞或人外周血来源肥大细胞脱颗粒[1]。
Catestatin sCst (10 μM; 30 min) 不会诱导 LAD2 人肥大细胞释放 LTC4、PGD2 或 PGE2[1]。
Catestatin sCst (10 μM; 6 hr) 不会在 LAD2 人肥大细胞中诱导 GM-CSF、MCP-1/CCL2、MIP-1α/CCL3 或 MIP-1β/CCL4 的蛋白生成[1]。
Catestatin sCst (0.32 μM; 3 hr) 不会诱导 LAD2 人肥大细胞的趋化作用[1]。
