DHUCu-1 is a lysosome-targeted NIR divalent copper ion probe with high water solubility. DHUCu-1 serves as a tool for investigating the physiological functions of Cu2+ and related diseases, such as Menke syndrome, Wilson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease[1].

(In Vitro)

DHUCu-1 (5 μM) 在含 1%醇共溶剂的 PBS 溶液中，会随 Cu2+ (0-20 μM) 发生浓度依赖型的荧光与吸光度变化，可实现 Cu2+ 的可视化及光谱学检测[1]。
DHUCu-1 (5 μM) 可在水溶液中高灵敏度检测 Cu2+，其检测限为 19.1 nM，且对 0 to 3.0 μM 浓度范围内的 Cu2+ 呈线性荧光响应[1]。
DHUCu-1 (50 μM; 24 h) 对 HeLa 细胞表现出低毒性与良好的生物相容性，观察到的细胞存活率超过 80%[1]。
DHUCu-1 (10 μM; 1 h) 可作为 HeLa 细胞中外源 Cu2+ (20-50 μM; 1 h) 的激活型荧光探针，产生可检测的近红外荧光信号[1]。
DHUCu-1 (10 μM; 1 h) 会在 HeLa 细胞的溶酶体中积累[1]。
