Hsp90-IN-47 (Compound C15) is a Hsp90 inhibitor and antifungal agent, with an IC50 of 0.014 μM against Hsp90α. When combined with Fluconazole (HY-B0101), Hsp90-IN-47 exerts significant synergistic antifungal effects against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans 0304103. Hsp90-IN-47 exhibits antitumor activity against acute myeloid leukemia and non-small cell lung cancer[1].

Concentration: series diluted concentrations
Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Inhibited proliferation of HEL cells with an IC50 of 0.047±0.003 μM.
Inhibited proliferation of HL60 cells with an IC50 of 0.055±0.003 μM.
Inhibited proliferation of A549 cells with an IC50 of 0.65±0.14 μM.
Exerted strong proliferation inhibitory activity against leukemia cells HEL and HL60, and moderate proliferation inhibitory activity against lung cancer cell A549.
