生物活性

LAGi-DEL is a LAG-3 inhibitor, with Kd values of 97.33 nM and 271 nM in surface plasmon resonance (SPR) assay and microscale thermophoresis (MST) assay, respectively. LAGi-DEL blocks the LAG-3/MHC-II interaction, with an EC50 of 138 nM. LAGi-DEL restores T cell activation, enhances IFN-γ secretion and promotes immune-mediated cytotoxicity. LAGi-DEL can be used in the research of acute myeloid leukemia, lung cancer and melanoma[1].
