生物活性

NRh-Cu is a near-infrared fluorescent turn-on indicator and Cu2+-selective probe with high sensitivity. NRh-Cu undergoes structural change from non-fluorescent spirocyclic state to fluorescent ring-open state upon Cu2+ interaction, driving fluorescence emission enhancement. NRh-Cu enables Cu2+ imaging in living cells and in vivo[1].

NRh-Cu (10 μM) 在乙醇/H2O 溶液中对 Cu2+ 表现出远高于其他多种金属离子的选择性，且具有快速的荧光开启响应，可在 10 min 内达到最大荧光强度；其荧光的检测限为 0.95 ppb，基于吸收的检测限为 6.2 ppb[1]。

Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Showed no significant difference in HeLa cell proliferation after incubation at concentrations from 2 to 80 μM for 48 h.

(In Vivo)

NRh-Cu (0.2 mL, 0.2 mg/mL; 静脉注射；单次) 能够在活体小鼠中与全身性 Cu2+ 结合，且体内近红外荧光发射强度显著升高[1]。

Animal Model: Kunming mice (male, 4 weeks old, ~20 g)[1]
Dosage: 0.2 mL, 0.2 mg/mL
Administration: i.v.; single dose
Result: Showed low fluorescence emission intensity when administered alone.
Showed a significant increase in fluorescence emission intensity when followed by systemic Cu2+ administration compared to the NRh-Cu-only group.
