PSMA-SulfoCy7 is a high-affinity imaging agent targeting PSMA/GCPII (with a Ki of 18.1 nM for human PSMA). PSMA-SulfoCy7 regulates PSMA-dependent NAAG hydrolysis. PSMA-SulfoCy7 exhibits excellent in vivo imaging capability, enabling clear visualization of PSMA-expressing tumors in xenograft models, with no obvious toxicity even at a dose of 87.9 mg/kg. PSMA-SulfoCy7 is widely used in prostate cancer-related studies[1].

Animal Model: Balb/c nude mice with Prostate cancer (male, 6-8 week-old, prostate cancer xenograft model)[1]
Dosage: 250 nmol/kg
Administration: i.v.; single dose
Result: Showed no reliable difference in tumor uptake between 22Rv1 and PC-3 xenografts at 0.5, 1, and 8 h post-injection.
Demonstrated a twofold higher fluorescence signal in 22Rv1 tumors compared to PC-3 tumors at 24 h post-injection.
Showed a significant difference in fluorescence signal between 22Rv1 and PC-3 tumors via ex vivo imaging at 24 h post-injection, with clearer distinction against background tissues.
