生物活性

Inpyrfluxam is a succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) inhibitor. Inpyrfluxam targets the ubiquinone binding pocket of mitochondrial SDH complex subunits ViSDHB, ViSDHC, ViSDHD, interfering with cellular respiration. Inpyrfluxam inhibits conidial germination and mycelial growth of Venturia inaequalis in vitro. Inpyrfluxam can be used for the research of apple scab[1].

Inpyrfluxam (0.0137-0.137 μg/mL; 1-4 周) 在苹果黑星病菌中与所有受试的 SDH 杀菌剂表现出显著的正交互敏感性，其中与 Benzovindiflupyr 在分生孢子萌发抑制和菌丝生长抑制方面的相关性最强[1]。
