Mer-NF8054X is a steroid compound with antifungal and anticancer activityies. Mer-NF8054X exhibits antifungal activity against Aspergillus fumigatus IFM4942. Mer-NF8054X inhibits cancer cells proliferation, induces differentiation and apoptosis. Mer-NF8054X synergistically enhances Retinoic acid (HY-14649)-induced differentiation of human leukemia cells. Mer-NF8054X can be used for the researches of Aspergillus fumigatus infection and promyelocytic leukemia[2].

Incubation Time: 40 h, 79 h, 44 h, 99 h, 116 h
Result: Inhibited HL60 cell growth at 40 h.
Achieved nearly complete growth inhibition by 79 h.
Reduced net cell growth by approximately 50% at 44 h.
Maintained cell viability above 90% through 99 h.
Decreased cell viability to 88% at 116 h.
