PROTAC PIN1 degrader-1 (compound D4) TFA is a PIN1-target PROTAC degrader. PROTAC PIN1 degrader-1 TFA can be used for the research of triple-negative breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and liver cancer[1]. (Pink: PIN1 ligand (HY-168038); Blue: Cereblon ligand (HY-14658); Black: linker).

(In Vitro)

PROTAC PIN1 degrader-1 (compound D4) (系列浓度；24 h) TFA 可在 MDA-MB-468 细胞中强效且选择性地诱导 PIN1 蛋白的靶向降解，其 DC50 为 18 nM，最大降解率达 92.52%[1]。
PROTAC PIN1 degrader-1 (系列浓度；96 h) TFA 在 MDA-MB-468、PANC-1 或 Huh-7 癌细胞中未表现出显著的抗增殖活性，其 GI50 大于 30 μM[1]。
